Story
When maple syrup farmer Ruth Landry sees her livelihood being threatened by greedy competitors who were once her friends, she hatches a plan to get revenge and shake up the entire industry.
I understand that cliffhangers are all the rage; but how many times have shows not been renewed and people who liked them have been disappointed?
The show deserves a higher rating; but cutting a season into 6 episodes just to make 2 seasons was a ridiculous decision on the part of whoever made the decision.
To name a few, My Name Is Earl, Ash VS
I can’t count on one hand how many shows I thought were amazing; but ended with an unresolved cliffhanger.
The viewers who invest time in these shows are the ones who lose out, and that happens all too often these days
Evil Dead and Last Man On Earth; but there are SO many more that I could list (even if it’s just to fill the stupid 600 character requirement).
