It was originally serialized in Kadokawa Shoten’s manga and book news magazine Da Vinci from April 2016 to August 2018. Kadokawa Shoten then published the novel in paperback with a cover illustration by Tae in November 2018.

It’s an instant hit if you’re looking for a wonderful coming-of-age tale about what happens when you take the normal rules of life for granted in exchange for a bizarre leap into the unknown. There is great chemistry between the characters: the messages and inspirational tones touch many tones, from dark and subdued summaries to the strongest euphoria, all thanks to the chemistry between the characters and the natural progression of the plot.
This story is complete, it leaves nothing out or desires nothing: it is a star in itself
This film really hits the mark, giving us so many emotions, some of which are as extravagant as the dreams of our protagonists. If you are looking for an anime that is beautiful in every way, be it the spectacular images, the touching tones or the fantastic moment of being young while you can, I can only recommend this film.
